The factory in-charge plans, controls and coordinates the production activity in a logical of optimization of the resources (human, economic, technological). His role of mediation and recombination of human resource skills is crucial to organize work schedules and shifts. He must be able to predict and then direct organizational strategies and control on the production management and logistics of orders (orders, schedules and plans of scheduled deliveries). He must have complete vision of plants potential and is the connecting point of the various departments (synergy between Commercial Department and Production Area). He is the reference point for the industrialization of the product and creates links between the various departments in order to increase the levels of productivity and cost optimization.

He has to: plan and carry out production steps based on the requirements of the Commercial Department, organizing times and methods of production; monitor and manage the level of inventories of raw materials; check the operating status of machinery and equipment; supervise the performance of operators, machines and departments constantly and in a documented manner in order to make changes where and if necessary.
