Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Investment Committee Advisor with deep expertise in the healthcare sector to provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities worldwide. The advisor will support the client’s investment committee in evaluating sector trends, identifying high-potential assets, and shaping a long-term investment roadmap. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, strategy consulting, or healthcare corporate development. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic advisory on global healthcare investment opportunities, including biopharma, medtech, healthcare services, digital health, and related sub-sectors. Offer independent expert assessment of target companies, business models, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Support the Investment Committee by:Reviewing and critiquing deal pipelines Offering valuation perspectives Assessing risks and long-term strategic fit Evaluate global healthcare trends and identify priority investment themes aligned with the client’s strategy. Advise on portfolio allocation, potential partnerships, and market-entry considerations. Participate in periodic committee meetings and provide guidance during key decision milestones. Required Qualifications15+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector. Background in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, strategy consulting, or senior leadership in a healthcare company. Strong track record evaluating or executing healthcare investments globally. Deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and technological advancements. Ability to provide independent, high-quality judgment and actionable recommendations. Global perspective and experience working across multiple markets.
