Job description

About Company:



one of India’s leading automobile companies, especially known for motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers.



An Ideal Candidate:



Bachelor’s degree in HR / Education / Organizational Development or related field (master’s preferred).



2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Delivery roles.



Proven ability to manage a team of trainers/facilitators.



Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.



Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.



Strong organizational and project management abilities.




Key Competencies:



Oversee and coordinate learning & development programs ensuring quality and consistency.



Manage trainers/facilitators and support them to deliver effective sessions.



Plan and organize training schedules and logistics.



Engage with stakeholders to understand learning needs and program feedback.



Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.



Maintain quality assurance standards for all training programs.



Leverage LMS and digital tools for efficient learning delivery.



Collaborate with content developers and adopt innovative learning technologies.
