The role drives strategic pricing development, bid and tender management, and revenue planning to support large-scale B2B deals and long-term business growth in Oman’s telecom sector.

Key Accountabilities
Design and implement innovative pricing structures for Mobile, Fixed, and ICT services, including bespoke enterprise solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct in-depth financial, commercial, and competitive analysis to support pricing decisions for both new and existing products. Develop robust business cases, feasibility studies, and scenario models to evaluate pricing propositions and ensure strategic alignment. Establish and enforce pricing governance frameworks to maintain consistency, profitability, and compliance across all customized offers and promotions. Lead pricing strategy formulation in collaboration with management, ensuring alignment with Omantel enterprise growth objectives and market positioning. Drive pricing strategy and commercial input for large-scale RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders, ensuring competitive positioning and margin protection. Support proposal development by crafting tailored commercial offers that meet client requirements while safeguarding profitability. Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards throughout the bid lifecycle. Define pricing-related business requirements and review price change requests to ensure accuracy, consistency, and commercial viability. Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Technical, Legal, and Bid Management teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing initiatives. Liaise with Strategic Finance to validate pricing models, financial assumptions, and business case parameters. Partner with Market Research and Business Intelligence teams to gather competitive insights and customer data that inform pricing decisions. Conducts regular performance reviews and pricing assessments of existing products to ensure continued competitiveness, market relevance, and alignment with enterprise customer needs. Monitors and analyzes competitor pricing and tariff movements, providing timely insights and recommending strategic actions to maintain or enhance Omantel market position .
