Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards for offshore operations. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning. Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). Carry out safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; prepare reports and corrective action plans. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for offshore personnel. Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records for regulatory and client requirements. Liaise with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE roles within offshore oil & gas projects.
