The Role We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Social Media & Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a multi-talented professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative design and strategic social media execution. You will work directly under the Marketing Head to produce stunning visuals and manage digital channels that fuel our growth and market presence. What You’ll DoVisual Storytelling: Design high-quality marketing creatives, digital brochures, and advertising assets for our premier real estate projects. Social Media Management: Own the daily content calendar and strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Tik Tok. Video Production: Shoot and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Stories, and cinematic property walkthroughs) tailored for the Omani market. Lead Generation Support: Create high-converting ad visuals and landing page layouts to support our digital growth targets. Community Engagement: Manage and respond to inquiries, building professional relationships with potential investors and homeowners. Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content aligns with Onyx’s premium brand identity and professional standards. What We’re Looking For Language: Professional proficiency in Arabic & English is highly preferred (both written and spoken). Proven Experience: A strong background in Graphic Design and Social Media Management (experience in the Real Estate sector is a significant advantage). Technical Excellence: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Canva, and mobile or professional video editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere, etc.). Strategic Mindset: A deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Linked In algorithms, Google Ads and current digital trends in the GCC.
