Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Account Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Additional tasks include coordinating and overseeing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely project execution, and meeting campaign goals. The Marketing Account Specialist will also contribute to strategy development and serve as a vital communication link between the company, clients, and influencers.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and influencers effectively. Experience in Sales, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship-based selling. Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members. Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media strategies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
