Job Purpose Oversees execution, compliance, and performance of all non-aeronautical commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities Ensure operational performance of concessions, property, and parking assets Oversee compliance with commercial agreements and service standards Resolve operational escalations and disputes Monitor service quality, customer experience, and KPIsCoordinate audits, controls, and risk management activities
Experience Requirements12–15 years’ experience in retail operations, asset management, or commercial operations roles.
Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field.
