  1. Financial Controller directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.
  2. Responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports, responsible for reviewing and assessing company processes controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans approved by the Company Audit Committee, he will also  involve in assisting the supervision over general accounting, property accounting, cost accounting, and budgetary controls.
  3. Responsibility also extends with direct supervision the day-to-day control of cashing up procedures as well as revenue reporting and control of cash management of Accounts Department.


Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and should be Certified Public Accountant with proven post-graduate commercial/ operation finance experience.
  • With minimum of 5 years of previous accounting experience as an Internal Auditor with fully functional with all aspects of Financial Accounting Software, Scheduling Software, Payroll Software, and Microsoft Office software applications required for financial analysis. 
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of organizations’ structures, enterprise risk management and internal control's Exceptional ability to work independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts in order to perform tasks with strong knowledge of budgeting and cash flow forecasting techniques, financial statement analysis including key trends analysis, project costing techniques, financial controls and business case analysis, interpersonal skills necessary to train others in performing key financial activities and supervise their work.
  • Team working ability to enable effective interaction with and motivation of other team members, including peers. Ability to set and meet deadlines including a strong ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time and ability to make recommendations.
