Our major food production client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Assets Management professional to join their team in Muscat, the vibrant capital of Oman. About the Role:

The Lead Assets Management professional will play a critical role in executing the end-to-end asset management cycle, focusing on financial optimisation, restructuring initiatives, and strategic investments. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to shape the organisation's asset strategy, drive sustainable growth, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee asset performance and portfolio management to maximise returns and mitigate risks.
• Lead restructuring initiatives to optimise debt portfolios and enhance financial resilience.
• Conduct valuations of assets, identify growth opportunities, and advise on divestments and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and plans.
• Provide professional leadership and guidance on divestment and investment opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Investment; MBA or related qualifications preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in finance roles, with 7+ years in a similar leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in divestments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, compliance, and multinational agreements.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
