We are delighted to be supporting our major food production client, which is seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Development professional to join their team in Muscat, the vibrant capital of Oman. The Purpose of the Role:

The primary focus of the Head of Business Development for this role is to drive strategic growth, optimize asset value, and identify new business opportunities. This includes leading market analysis, overseeing investment strategies, managing mergers and acquisitions, and building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in food production; candidates with a manufacturing background are also encouraged to apply. Global experience is highly desirable.
• Strong background in financial planning, corporate finance, and investment reporting.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and asset management.
• Fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)
