Role And Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day financial operation in the Company.
- Monitoring the financial performance of the Company
- Closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and preparation of financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Reviewing and finalizing management accounts and prepare management reports involving variance analysis, interpreting financial information.
- Can facilitate the audit of independently.
- Prompt Submission of reporting required by Corporate HQ within the timeline.
- Preparation of budget and forecasts
- Ensure covenants compliance as per the requirement of project financing.
- Group reporting with respect to treasury, budgeting and planning, financial and other as required by the group.
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Cashflow management
- Preparation of Income tax, VAT returns, its analysis and preparation of final VAT return.
Essential requirements: The candidate must have a minimum of a degree in accounts or in commerce and should have at least 10 years of experience in or 6 years with a minimum of 2 years leading Finance & Accounts Department. Candidate should be self-motivated.
Should possess good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English and should have understanding of local laws, taxations and procedures.
Knowledge / Experience in SAP is desired.
Preferred ACCA Certified Candidate.
