Role Statement

The eChannels Projects Officer is responsible for coordinating with the Project Management Office (PMO) and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the eChannels team. The role involves wetting business requirements, perform user testing and ensuring that user journeys are aligned with the requirements raised by stakeholders. The candidate has a strong understanding of digital banking channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the BA team and other stakeholders to raise business requirements for new features, enhancements, and projects
• Liaise with the Project Management Office, ensuring that project timelines, deliverables, and requirements are clearly communicated and understood
• Ensure that the user journey for Wholesale eChannel related projects is designed based best market standards and on the defined requirements, providing input to optimize the user experience
• Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure that solutions meet the business requirements and function as intended
• Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase, working closely with the PMO and technical teams to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, test cases, user journeys, and any changes made during the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including the eChannels head, PMO, and senior management, on project progress, issues, and outcomes
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with the bank’s objectives and customer expectations
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for internal teams and end-users as needed
• Suggest improvements to the requirement definition, testing, and user journey design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify potential risks related to eChannel projects and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with the PMO and other relevant teams
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and identify areas for improvement in future projects

Candidate Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in similar role with overall 5 years of working experience.
• Project Management, Financial Technology certifications are preferred.
