Job Purpose
The Business Analysist will be part of the Retail Banking squads and is accountable for management, analysis and specification of detailed business demand and requirements (in cooperation with IT), and alignment of testing requirements’ realization via user acceptance testing (UAT).
Responsibilities:
- Develop banking business case and coordinate business case approval with product owner
- Manage Retail banking scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Review and signoff on test scenarios and test cases
- Review and signoff on functional workflows and align relevant stakeholders
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Write retail banking user stories (preferably on iexceed platform Appzillon) and develop acceptance criteria for Retail banking and ensure alignment with strategy including analysis of high-level functional and non-functional capabilities
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments
- Dedicated & Constructive participation in all required activities
- Proactively reach out for any clarifications to Work stream Lead or PMO; Escalate any issues/risks/conflicts to work stream leads/PMO
- Attend governance forum meetings such as working committee & any scheduled huddles
- Review of: FSD documents, Product Parameterization & configurations
- Review Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and Test cases
- Conduct UAT and log defects in Test Management Tool
- Quality Review of Testing Conducted by Testing Partner; Validate Test Results and provide inputs
- Participate in defect triage during the testing phase of the project
- Review and validate Rollout Strategy, Cut-Over Plan
- Assist Process Work stream lead to devise policies for Digital Bank
- Review Friends & Family rollout approach; provide handholding support to End Users during Business Simulation
- Prepare and align accounting plans for financial transactions with relevant stakeholders
- Post Go-Live support to assist end user to provide clarifications, assist in identifying the impact assessment of incidents
- Provide timely feedback on project activities
- Timely Sign-off of Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Timely execution and closure of Testing
- Timely escalation of issues/risks/conflicts
- Ensure functional / technical requirements & gaps are met
Education
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or any related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree is a plus.

- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise & digital banking background.
