This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the evolution and continuous development of our Sales Process and tools. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will take a long-term, proactive role in ensuring our processes adhere to established directives and guidelines. You'll be instrumental in managing our sales funnel and pipeline to maintain quality and efficiency. Collaboration is key as you lead interactions within our diverse sales community and across various supporting units. Your charge is to harness and apply best practices that simplify our Sales Process, improving it for both end-users and internal stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Drive and maintain adherence to our Sales Process.
• Oversee and secure Sales Governance.
• Manage and optimize our Sales Tools.
• Handle management of our Sales Funnel.
• Lead and administer Sales Operations change programs.
