Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role for a Recruiter at Hire Plans.
- Due to country laws, the candidate must be an Omani citizen.
We're looking for a full-cycle recruiter: the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for international schools and engineering/construction companies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, building relationships with candidates and clients, and coordinating the hiring process to make successful placements.
Qualifications
- Must be have excellent command in English.
- Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
- Knowledge of international education and engineering/construction industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
