Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is commission-based, offering significant earning potential for those who excel in generating new business and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the interior design industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present design solutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell the company’s interior design products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
