Purpose of the Position:

Lead the team at project site to complete daily assigned work, meet productivity targets following project specifications, QC and Safety procedur, standards, agreed timeline. Secure Work Permits and Work Front.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively arrange for required material, tools, and ensure availability of work permit and work fronts.
• Distribute daily tasks among team with proper allocation and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Optimize resources utilization to achieve agreed productivity within timeline and project specifications.
• Daily complete and submit the work progress report and the material consumption Report.
• Forecast and Plan resources allocation for upcoming weeks. Estimate work type, requirements and time.
• Handle and escalate emerging issues related to work challenges, clients, or team individual complaints.
• Coordinate for timely QC inspections and final approval of Work Completion. Complete Client Sign off.
• Handle toolbox meeting, Safety and QC standards adherence and Workman issues.
• Maintain records of task assigned, copy of work permit received and daily work progress.

Professional Qualifications and Experience Required:

• High School Certificate with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Diploma in Engineering or any diploma or ITI / Vocational training course is preferred.

Requirement:

• Minimum experince of 5 years of working on post of particularly as a scaffolding supervisor in Oman, or GCC country or any other country, within the oil and gas sector.
• Preferred to have a valid scaffolding supervisor or inspector cards from any renowned oil and gas refinary, CSIRS, or any globally renowned scaffolding certification agency.
