Our client provides FMCG products to customers across the globe. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development and Sales executive to drive the business objectives and deliver results in Oman.
Key Deliverables of the Role
- Implement the country sales strategy at channel and portfolio level
- Collaborate with local teams to deliver on the business objective and ensure target delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer retention
- Tracking competition & proactive action to implement counter measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Supply chain & Finance.
- Regular reporting: Pricing, Sales reports, In Market stocks
- Monitor and manage the sales budget ensuring spends in line with budget
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success working in Oman
- Experience managing distributor sales team
- Proven ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and provide insights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO1,400.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
Experience:
- Sales in OMAN: 5 years (Required)
- FMCG sales: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Omani Driving License (Required)
