In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing and executing their social media marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, developing social media strategies, executing content calendars, and ensuring timely content delivery, all while supporting other agency tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for all social media needs. Ensure client goals are met with innovative and effective social media solutions.
- Social Media Plans: Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with client objectives. Collaborate with the creative team to bring these campaigns to life across various
- channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, analyze results, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights and optimizations.
- Vendor and Media Coordination: Manage contracts and coordination with vendors and media partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

- Strategy and Planning: Create social media strategies that ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms and meet client goals.
- Content Calendar Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan monthly social media content calendars. Ensure timely approvals, content creation, and execution.
- Creative Briefing: Deliver clear and concise briefs to the creative team, ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.

- Monthly Planning Cycle: Ensure adherence to monthly planning cycles, meeting all deadlines for content creation, approvals, and posting.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years proven experience in social media management and advertising account management, in local agency with similar role.
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and snapchat.
- Advertising Platforms: Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
