Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Implement maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead and oversee technical team in HQs and bank facilities and service providers.
- Manage, plan related assets and critical and normal spare parts and ensure service provider compliance.
- Ensure that service providers SOW are being implemented.
- Assist in creating job plans and preventive maintenance as per O & M and standards
- Implement maintenance strategies, plans.
- Maintain and ensure the building & infrastructures comply to specifications and standards.
- Ensure smooth running of the Bank’s systems and compliance with health, safety, environment and quality.
- Supervise service provider, supervisors and technicians.
- Will be responsible in managing all systems including (BMS, HVAC, LIGHTING. Etc.)
- Embed digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the productivity of staff and supervisors.
- Succession planning for technical team.
- Ensure that service providers and specialist systems are being coordinated and supervised.
- Attend regular and random site tours and ensure planning operations are carried out smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 6 years of experience in large facility management companies.
Competencies:
- Excellent in English and Arabic.
- Established interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning, management and organizational skills.
- Established administration and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong Technical Background in bank systems.
- Demonstrate ability to further knowledge through for related MEP Services.
- Strong Leadership and personality.
- Strong experience in BMS and other systems.
