We are a growing code development studio located in Amman, Jordan, specializing in creating innovative and customized software solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving our business growth.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Prospect and qualify potential clients: Identify businesses in need of our services through lead generation, market research, and networking.
- Develop strong client relationships: Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and their value proposition, effectively communicating the benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals: Work collaboratively with clients to finalize agreements and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to sales pipeline management: Update and manage CRM data, track sales progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously learn about the latest advancements in the software development landscape and market trends.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and various programming languages (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic.
