Office Secretary

Balkis - لبنان - Beirut
** General admin tasks, including secretarial duties (filing, fax, letter typing)
** Taking customer orders over the phone, and screening incoming calls
** Supporting reconciliation activities, such as bank reconciliation, customers and supplier account reconciliation to ensure accurate settlements

** Other tasks assigned by the management
** Educational Background & Requirements:
Successful candidates will answer below criteria:
** Education: High School, BT/ LT or higher
** Experience: 3 – 5 years in a similar role
** Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
** Experience with Visual Dolphin is a plus / experience with Excel is a plus
** Soft Skills:
** Team work and good time management
** Detail oriented and able to multi-task

Priority is for local candidates living in the Beirut area. Office Hours: Monday --> Friday 9 to 5 & Saturdays 9-->2
