We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives while actively engaging in client-facing sales activities. In this hybrid role, you will represent premium brands, this role will evolve into a fully managerial position, overseeing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Dornbracht, Atre Ceram, and Atelier Luxus.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct client meetings to create new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate, close, and manage high-value sales deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client communications, sales activity, and pipeline status.
- Provide mentorship and support to future sales team members as the department grows.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales within the architecture, design, or luxury interiors industry.
- Strong network of architects, designers, and developers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of high-end interior and architectural products is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
