- We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Account Manager to take full ownership of our client's instagram presence. You’ll be responsible for building a strong, engaging, and consistent brand presence across Instagram, increasing engagement, and growing our following with smart content strategies.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars for clients
• Communicate with clients to gather input, share drafts, and manage approvals
• Brief the creative team and ensure smooth execution of visual content
• Schedule posts and track performance across platforms
• Stay up to date with trends to bring fresh ideas to client strategies
• Cover live events through stories and posting engaging, interactive story content
Skills
- Proven experience managing professional Instagram accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm, best practices, and tools.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Develop and execute a content calendar tailored specifically for Instagram.
- Create and post high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Develop and pitch creative campaign ideas aligned with company goals.
- Engage with the community (comments, DMs, tags) in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Monitor Instagram trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams (if applicable) to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and report monthly with actionable insights.
