  • • Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the organizational objectives.
  • • Review and analyze technical financial proposals and suggest enhancements.
  • Reviews the financial performance of the organization against budgets to identify and capitalize on potential areas for cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Acts as a strategic financial partner to the CEO on the financial positioning of the Company, highlighting strategic plans, financial budgeting, cash flow, accounting and policy matters.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferable.
  • 5- 8 years of proven experience in financial business partnering, analysis, or a similar role.
