Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Coordinator to oversee and support our sales team, manage end-to-end sales processes, and ensure smooth operations across the department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive growth. Experience in the IT industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team and provide guidance, motivation, and support.
- Coordinate and streamline the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes and monitor adherence to procedures.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for the team.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure timely responses and delivery.
- Manage CRM and sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and utilization.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.
- Handle escalated client queries or complex negotiations when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing sales operations and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce. Zoho, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B IT product or service sales.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Excel.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology.
