We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with strong field experience in traditional trade sales, including baqalas, co-ops, convenience stores, and other small retail outlets. The ideal candidate has a well-established network within the market, understands how to move volume, and knows how to build long-term relationships with key retailers. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales and expanding product presence across traditional retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit and sell to traditional trade customers including baqalas, co-ops, groceries, and independent outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in assigned areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the territory.
- Monitor product placement, stock levels, and ensure effective merchandising at point of sale.
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Support in setting up displays and promotional materials in retail stores as needed.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably within traditional trade channels.
- Strong network and connections with baqalas, co-ops, and local retailers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior in traditional trade.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, reporting apps).
