Senior BMS Sales Engineer

  • Primarily, Generate BMS/KNX opportunities from end users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Also, bring -as a second focus- PLC/SCADA/Instruments opportunities from target markets
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead to PO, including coordination with internal teams.
  • Work with Pre-Sales to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members
  • Conduct stakeholders visits, customer meetings, and solution discussions
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and key decision-makers.
  • Track tenders, submit proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor solutions.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in BMS Sales and PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

 


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.5–7 years of proven experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) and KNX sales, with secondary exposure to PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation solutions.Deep knowledge of BMS/KNX systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, LON, BACnet) and familiarity with PLC/SCADA platforms.Prior experience in the panel industry, automation, or low-current systems is a strong advantage.
