Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to facilitate informed decision-making by management.
  • Handle follow-ups and liaise with labor offices and social insurance offices to ensure compliance with regulations and resolve any related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.Previous experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are beneficial.
