  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address customers inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to hand over units and meet all Customer’s inquires at time of hand over.
  • Refer unresolved issues to designated departments.
  • Create and update the required reports .
  • Update the CRM system with all needed data continuously.
  • Communicate with the technical office regarding the modifications of the customers.
  • Go on site visits when needed with customers to update them about the status of their units.

Bachelor’s degreeFrom 3 to 5 years experience in real estate development companies at customer service .Be a good communicator, team work player, great organizational skills ,good planner .
