- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on mechanical engineering projects, preferably in the air conditioning and HVAC industry.Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance principles.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, delivering results on time and within budget.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
