Role Description

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages promptly using standard scripts that responds to different inquires.
  • Regularly monitors CRM and ensures regular updates are being made.
  • Reviews and approves financial offers and prepares contract documents for review by General Manager prior to negotiation with clients.
  • Takes a solutions and consultative selling approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met
  • Communicates with Marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
  • Explains payment cycle procedures to customers to avoid any ambiguities.
  • Processes work order information and handles Jobs' schedules in coordination with the Operations Manager & fleet Manager depending on workers availability.
  • Handles customer complaints, provides logical solutions and attempt to resolve the complaint.
  • Submits monthly and quarterly Reports to align Management with target achievement and deviations if any.
  • Responsible for all client’s relation, existing and new, and reaching highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide Management and Marketing with all Reports required, sales, and marketing reports
  • Make sure sales revenue is achieved and reporting any issue on the spot

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAt least 1 year of experience in sales from Real estate / Bank retail sales /insurance sales backgroundExcellent command of English ,other foreign languages is a plusFluent Englishselling skillsFlexible working hoursCommittedProven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
