Responsibilities  

 

  • Acting as a point of contact for project teams throughout deployments.
  • Help in developing project plans with project managers and tracking progress against agreed deadlines.
  • Ensuring delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast.
  • Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
  • Ensure Implementation is following project Plans, communicate this with Project management\Operation and to be within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations.
  • The role will require foreign and domestic travel to visit sites and will require work in the evenings and weekends during implementation periods.
  • Responsible for the interviews and selection criteria for new team members.
  • Provide guidance and objectives for the team and monitor these objectives as part of the overall company appraisal system.
  • Implementation team Performance Appraisal on Quarterly Basis.
  • Strong focus on team environment.
  • Troubleshooting is another required skill; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
  • Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Production Support team.
  • Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with Solution Architects and/or R&D Development Manager to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying client needs and follow-up activities.
  • Solve internal problems between Team Leader, Senior Implementers, Junior Implementers
  • Training of senior implementers, junior implementers, on new features and requirements implemented on software.
  • Maintain interconnection between his team and other departments such as quality\development\support.

 Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area At least 7 years of experience in software development.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
