  1. A drive to seek new business by conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the ADM, and DevSecOps sectors.
  2. Developing and refining business development strategies, including market entry, target audience segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  3. Identifying and engaging with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  4. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to promote the EJADA’s solutions and services.
  5. Collaborating with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Representing EJADA’s profile & resources’ capabilities and qualifications and offering the required commercial tools.
  7. Collecting detailed information and the required technologies for all customer’s demands.
  8. Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline, forecasting potential deals and revenue generation.

+7 years’ experience in all business development management for Testing & DevSecOps.Comprehensive understanding of cloud delivery models: PaaS, SaaS and IaaS.Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable and able to learn quickly.Requires limited supervision and have excellent time management skills.Strategic and analytical thinking skillsSelf-motivated and self-starter.Ability to work and interact with others in a structured/team environment.Arabic native & fluent in English.High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent telephone skills.
