- Develop, implement and maintain EHS programs and policies for construction sites.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections and investigations to identify risks and hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to EHS.
- Develop and deliver EHS training to site personnel.
- Conduct & Review risk assessments and support in developing safety management plans including Lifting , Confined Space ,,,etc.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams in the identification and resolution of EHS issues.
- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
Years of Experience: 5-8 YearsEducational Background: Engineering – ScienceCertifications: NEBOSH IGC, Scaffolding, NIOSHStrong understanding of relevant EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Provide guidance and support to site teams in the identification and resolution of EHS issues.Manage contractors' safety programs and ensure their compliance with EHS regulations and standards.Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management and stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
