We are Looking for a Hotel Reservations Supervisor with Experience working on online Systems like (Rezlive, Nirvana, TBo, GTE, etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Helping the team search for the right hotel.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Determining the packages' training and staff development needs.
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.+4 years in Hotel Management or a similar role.Previous experience working on online systems like (Rezlive, Nirvana, TBo, GTE, etc.).Excellent Communication Skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams to achieve excellence.Excellent in English.
