Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervision, Guidance, and Monitoring: Supervising, guiding, and monitoring the AX application team, coordinating between software users, and clarifying each user's tasks to avoid conflicts between departments.
- Problem Solving: Supervising and guiding the team in solving all problems faced by different departments to ensure program efficiency.
- Development: supervising the implementation of program-specific development and continuously updating it to ensure program efficiency and operation.
- Coordination: Coordinating work between departments and software developers for updates, troubleshooting, modifying any faults, or adding new reports.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team using approved evaluation models.
- Reporting: compiling and submitting a consolidated report to the manager regularly.
Technical/Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems engineering.7–10 years of experience in the field of applications.
