About The RoleThe Gleeds business in Africa has enjoyed much success and growth in recent year and we are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator with relevant experience in contracts management field for our latest project win in the North Coast area. Job Responsibilities: Administer the ongoing projects in compliance with the relevant contracts’ conditions.Participate in the tendering stage while reviewing the contracts conditions and recommend the best practices of the conditions with other involved parties.Ensure that contract administration procedures are implemented in accordance with the department’s procedures.Ensure that all changes to contracts are highlighted, properly implemented, and contractually recorded as per the client’s standards/ procedures.Recommend and/or assist with the recommended actions in case of conflicts and contractual issues.Moderate and attend meetings with the clients and other project’s parties.Ability to assess the contractors’ claims and verifying the relevant contractual notices.Ensure that the contractual obligations of the project’s parties are fulfilled.Administer the contract close-out procedures.Support in the commercial review and negotiations for the contract amendments/ changes. About The CandidateExperience and skills: Holder of BSc. in engineering or construction managementEight to ten years of experience in a relevant field.Contract administration background is essential.CLAC certificate and experience in hospitality projects are a preferable but not mandated.Familiarity with the application of the Egyptian laws is a plus.Excellent attention to details, with the ability to find inconsistencies and errors.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team. About The CompanyBe part of the extraordinaryEvery day at Gleeds, we influence the way people around the world live, work and travel.
