- Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, procedures, internal/external standards, legal requirements and follow-up department-documented information in time intervals.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals, work instructions and workflows)
- Updating the calibration/verification plan and communicating with the concerned external party to conduct the calibration plan for the concerned department.
- Handling of retaining and archiving the documented information according to ISO requirements.
- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
- Handle records across various departments and maintain records retention timelines.
Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).Hands-on experience with MS Office, and MS Excel. Effective communication with coworkers across departments.Ability to multitask.Experience working with many types of files.
