Purchasing Officer

F&B Purchasing Officer Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies for purchasing operations with the Company food and beverage objectives. - Manage the operation of the purchasing department; train employees on proper goods receiving and storage methods and safety stands. - Work closely with the Company management in order to achieve and maintain best quality of the goods and ensure that all goods are available when necessary. - Forecast volumes, Maintain stock levels and update them in conjunction with the branch managers on a constant basis. - Maintain and research pricing for all purchased goods and provide all recode needed for accounts and auditing purpose. - To give fast, efficient and polite service to the maximum of working ability. To consider the Customer’s satisfaction at all times in both internal and external. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B purchasing operations - Excellent understanding of both local and international food and beverage suppliers - Proper understanding of local regulations related to purchasing formalities, logistic and immigration clearance - Foster teamwork: Work well in a team environment and motivate teams to sustain exceptional levels of performance. - Attend to detail: Ensure that data is accurate and work is thorough, meeting the highest standards. - Build strong relationships with foster trust and cooperation among Suppliers, Venders, coworkers, and customers.
