Commercial Executive

Oman - Muscat Oman

Overview of the role:

As Commercial Executive your primary responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:

•   Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

•   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company’s customer base. 

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with new as well as existing corporate clients, Academic Institutions, Embassies, travel agencies and other partners.

•   Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

•   Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative product and services offerings.

•   Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

•   Maintain admin records and monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. 

•   Provide excellent customer service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

•   Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized 

•   Maintain corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.

 

What you will do:

-    Clear evidence of sales achievements 

-    Have Business to Business consultative sales skills

-    Evidence of sales through multi level decision makers   

-    Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges

-    Responsible for developing new revenues 

-    Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. 

-    Provide support to the sales department to ensure consistent department growth.

-    Enhance both Lease and Rental revenues and contribute to achieve budget targets for all Thrifty

-    Execute marketing and brand awareness strategies

-    Ensure all marketing activity is managed effectively

-    To ensure effective management of marketing budgets

-    Team player with evidence of building cross business support

 

Skills

Required Skills to be successfu:

Minimum Experience : Minimum 3 year in Admin / sales / Customer relation 

Job-Specific Skills : PC- literate : MS-Office, Valid Oman Driving license 

Behavioural Competencies : Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work under                                        

Pressure. Good Verbal & Written Communication, Decision making Tact, Strong Administrative skills. Ability to motivate self and team.
