Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

3- 5 years of experience as Facility Services Manager in Oman

Candidate must be responsible for making strategic planning and developing the facility Management department,

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.

Good relationship with key clients, including property managers, building owners, facility managers.

Prepare and Present Proposals and Contracts to potential Clients

Negotiate Contract and Pricing with clients to ensure profitability.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company generate leads.

Monitor Industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Must have good experience in Maintenance repair work of Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Pool maintenance, Cleaning and Pest control. etc.

Skills

Good leadership skills to lead the teams and develop various strategies to structure and allocate the right team for each services.

Excellent Technical Knowledge of products and machineries.

Ability to Coordinate with support services for the tracking and project updates and liaise with customers.

Responsible for timely execution of work, coordination with vendors and contractors. Excellent Language communication skills, computer skills.
