We are looking for an HCM Manager to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience in strategic HR and in developing and implementing an HR Strategy to promote an organizational culture of teamwork, service, high quality, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Business HR strategy execution in line with organizational directions.
• Manage HR projects to ensure progress as per the budget & timeline.
• Achieve organizational objectives through implementation of adaptive HR systems. Attract & retain the best possible talents in the business sector to enhance competitiveness.
• Develop business HR strategy & plans in alignment with Group HR strategy formalization and business needs.
• Lead and adopt strategic HR initiatives, implementation delivery, and execution as per best practice that ensures the best overall performance.
• Ensure the best utilization of company resources and the best investment return.
• Advise the company with the best practices of resource utilization, methods, and moving forward in HR projects.
• Delivery of key strategic initiatives successfully.
• Managing the project team to ensure their deliverables are meeting the expectations.
• Improving internal practices that sustain continuity enhancement of the excellence operations after the project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience.
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resources and has worked on strategic and development projects.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
• Excellent experience in manufacturing companies.
