Responsibilities Job Purpose This role is suited for a professional who is passionate about combining their technical expertise in oilfield production with a talent for sales and client relations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The Oilfield Production Technologist role will be with a focus on sales and client relations and would be primarily responsible for bridging the technical aspects of oilfield production with client's needs and sales objectives. This role involves applying in-depth knowledge of oilfield production technologies and processes to assist in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. The individual will act as a technical advisor, ensuring that the products and services offered align with client requirements and industry standards. Duties & Responsibilities Our Account Manager drives and supports revenue and profit growth by establishing and maintaining relationships and connectivity with clients at senior levels within their organization. You will also continue the development and execution of strategic account plans which are aligned with global, regional and local sales and marketing strategies. 1. *Client Relationship Management*: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in oilfield production and subsurface related technologies.

  • *Sales and Business Development*: Identify sales opportunities and work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans. Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • *Technical Expertise*: Provide expert knowledge on oilfield production technologies. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • *Product and Service Promotion*: Promote the organization's products and services by demonstrating their value and benefits in meeting client needs.
  • *Collaboration and Coordination*: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering solutions to clients.
  • *Client Training and Support*: Offer technical support and training to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products and services.
  • *Feedback and Improvement*: Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and services. Liaise with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on client needs.
  • *Market Analysis*: Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the oilfield production sector.
  • *Reporting and Documentation*: Prepare and present technical and sales reports to upper management. Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented.
  • *Data Analsysis*: Diagnosis of well problems by integrating electrical logs, pressure tests and other reservoir information and identifying integrated solutions.
  • Qualifications Experience & Education REQUIRED
    • Bachelors in Engineering or a related field
    • Production optimization
    • Formation Evaluation.
    • 15+ Years of experience
    PREFERRED
    • Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Geology
    • Operator experience.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in oilfield production technology and a strong sales background interfacing with clients on a daily basis.
    • Ability to demonstrate that they are commercially astute and have a good understanding of tenders, contracts, negotiations, high margin / profitability achievement as well as the requirements for high quality customer service
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to translate technical knowledge into sales advantages.
    • Sufficient business acumen to enable opportunity evaluation and effective prioritiziation
    • Must be a team player with good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to manage simultaneous projects under tight schedules, relaxed under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
