Job Purpose

  • The clinic manager is responsible for providing operational support to the KKT Centre and for bringing sound management principles to the CEO/General Manager in order to improve their sales, costs and overall profitability.
  • The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact and liaison between the KKT Centre and the CEO/General Manager and the corporate office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages set-up and organization of the new KKT centre following the 'New Centre Checklist' provided by KKT International. Liaises with KKT International to ensure the centre meets KKT specifications and project timelines are achieved in a timely manner.
  •  Recruits new personnel, develops and implements new employee orientation programs and ensures staff is adequately trained on KKT protocols, role requirements and company values and philosophy.
  • Provides meaningful reporting,business-critical data and analytical assessments to CEO and KKT office in a timely and effective manner. Organizes, analyzes, interprets and evaluates results and provide practical, cost effective solutions.
  • Coordinates ongoing visits, training and audits by KKT International staff members.
  • Supervises clinic and office personnel, provides timely and constructive feedback, conducts regular performance reviews and provides on-going coaching and leadership ensuring that KKT standards of quality, operation and performance are maintained.
  • Monitors and evaluates office/clinic performance, modifies operating protocols to increase efficiencies and ensures KKT standards of care and customer service are maintained.
  • Develops internal operating policies supporting KKT operating standards and ensures effective implementation of new or enhanced operational processes and tools to foster operational efficiencies, quality and business effectiveness within the centre.
  • Coordinates and directs daily workflow for administrative and medical/clinical personnel, monitors workload, prepares schedules and ensures adequate coverage to meet centre requirements.  
  • Schedules and chairs regular clinic meetings, assesses operating deficiencies and works with KKT team to ensure requirements are met.
  • Develops internal policies supporting the KKT Recognition Program, ensures staff, external doctors and opinion leaders, etc., are appropriately recognized for their contributions in a timely manner.
  • Selects suppliers and vendors according to company standards and ensures work and/or services meet quality standards. Maintains inventory of office and clinic supplies and orders product as required.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the evolving competitive environment and modifies the strategy and business plan to address new challenges and exploit new opportunities.
  • Devising strategies to engage more new patients via online proposals, public seminars, local ventures with other local or multinational organizations.
  • Keeping record of maintenance patients and devising strategies to ensure maximum compliance
  • Developing s to bring old absconded patients back on track
  •  Show full compliance with the latest or revised policies by KKT International
  •  Identify the sentinel events that can happen in clinic and take precautionary measures before hand
  •  Developing a performance report for each employee that can be made available on demand

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to convert strategic business plans into a robust implementation plan containing activities, timelines, resources and budget
  •  Ability to proactively identify potential opportunities and risks associated with future scenarios and make recommendations based on these
  •  Demonstrated creative and analytical approaches to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Advanced business analysis and decision-making skills
  •  Through knowledge and understanding of KKT protocols, methodology and operating procedures
  •  Excellent communications (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal (negotiating, networking, customer skills.
  • Able to communicate to and influence at all levels of management across a broad cross-section of interdisciplinary environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  •  Appreciation for cultural differences and willingness to learn and adapt to these differences
  •  Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software programs
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and oral) desirable 

Education and Experience

  • Master in business administration or higher qualification with at least 4 years' experience
