المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء لحام FCAW في وضعيات 3G و4G.
- قراءة وتفسير رسومات اللحام وWPS (مواصفات إجراءات اللحام).
- ضمان أن جودة اللحام تلبي معايير المشروع والتفتيش.
- فحص الوصلات الملحومة وتصحيح العيوب عند الحاجة.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة في مكان العمل والحفاظ على معدات اللحام.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
المتطلبات:
- شهادة ITI/دبلوم أو ما يعادله في اللحام/التصنيع.
- 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في لحام FCAW.
- الكفاءة في وضعيات اللحام 3G و4G.
- القدرة على قراءة رسومات التصنيع ورموز اللحام.
- يفضَّل وجود شهادة لحام سارية.
We are hiring an experienced FCAW Welder (3G & 4G) to perform high-quality welding on structural steel and fabrication projects using the Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) process. The candidate must be skilled in vertical (3G) and overhead (4G) welding positions while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform FCAW welding in 3G and 4G positions.
- Read and interpret welding drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).
- Ensure weld quality meets project and inspection standards.
- Inspect welded joints and rectify defects when required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Welding/Fabrication.
- 2 5 years of experience in FCAW welding.
- Proficiency in 3G and 4G welding positions.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Valid welding certification is preferred.
