ما تتضمنه هذه الفرصة على الرغم من أن كل مشروع يتضمن مهام فريدة، يمكن للمساهمين أن: تقييم قرارات التمويـل/التأمين على الرهن العقاري التي ينتجها الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر أنواع القروض (الت conforming، jumbo، FHA، VA، إعادة تمويل نقدي؛ إنشاء حالات اختبار تتعلق بحساب الدخل المؤهل للأشخاص العاملين لحسابهم الخاص باستخدام Schedule C وK-1 وSchedule E؛ صياغة ومراجعة رسائل الموافقة المشروطة وإشعارات إجراء سلبي للامتثال Reg B / ECOA؛ التمييز بين قواعد كتيب البيع من Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac وازِد overlays للمُقرض في سيناريوهات القروض Jumbo وغير المطابقة; توثيق بيانات المشكلة بوضوح وتقديم الإجابات الصحيحة المؤكدة.
ما الذي نبحث عنه هذه الفرصة مناسبة جيداً لمُقيمين الرهون العقارية ومحترفي تمويل القروض الذين يفضلون مشاريع جزئية بدوام جزئي وغير دائمة.
من الأفضل أن يكون لدى المساهمين: درجة في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو العقارات، أو أي تخصص ذو صلة؛ أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في الرهون/الإقراض/العقارات أو الخدمات المالية؛ خبرة حالية أو حديثة في الت underwriting & origination أو أدوار مجاورة؛ القدرة على حساب الدخل المؤهل للأشخاص العاملين لحسابهم الشخصي من نماذج IRS 1040 و Schedule C و Schedule E و K-1؛ إلمام عميق بدليل البيع الخاص بـ Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac ومعرفة قواعد Reg B وReg Z وقواعد توقيت إفصاح TRID؛ مهارة كتابة باللغة الإنجليزية جيدة (C1+).
كيف تعمل يطبق → اجتياز المؤهل(s) → الانضمام إلى مشروع → إكمال المهام → الدفع توقعات وقت المشروع لهذا المشروع، من المتوقع أن تتطلب المهام نحو 10–20 ساعة في الأسبوع خلال المراحل النشطة، استناداً إلى متطلبات المشروع.

التعويض في هذا المشروع، يمكن للمساهمين كسب حتى 50 دولاراً في الساعة المعادل، بحسب مستواهم وسرعتهم في المساهمة.

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems.
Participation is project-based, not permanent employment.
What this opportunity involves While each project involves unique tasks, contributors may: Evaluate AI-generated mortgage underwriting decisions across loan types (conforming, jumbo, FHA, VA, cash-out refinance); Create test cases involving qualifying income calculations for self-employed borrowers using Schedule C, K-1, and Schedule E; Draft and audit conditional approval letters and adverse action notices for Reg B / ECOA compliance; Distinguish Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac selling guide rules from lender overlays in jumbo and non-conforming loan scenarios; Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.
What we look for This opportunity is a good fit for mortgage underwriters and loan origination professionals open to part-time, non-permanent projects.
Ideally, contributors will have: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, or any related field; 3+ years of of mortgage, lending, real estate, or financial services experience; Current or recent experience in underwriting & origination or adjacent roles; Ability to calculate qualifying income for self-employed borrowers from IRS Forms 1040, Schedule C, Schedule E, and K-1; Deep familiarity with Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac selling guides and knowledge of Reg B, Reg Z, and TRID disclosure timing rules; Strong written English (C1+).

Compensation On this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.
