Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in managerial role.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable equipment for projects.
- Review existing project plans to check availability of the equipment internally.
- Conduct buy versus rent analysis and give recommendations for purchase or rent of equipment if not available internally
- Ensure smooth and timely mobilization of company-owned and rental equipment at various sites across all projects.
- Develop and execute preventive plans and repair plans at project sites to minimize the breakdown of equipment.
- Manage and monitor operation, maintenance & repairs of equipment at project sites.
- Coordinate and seek necessary approvals to develop equipment maintenance and repair budgets.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
Manage performance of all direct reports through objective setting, continuous guidance, feedback, and formal performance appraisal.
