Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Shahi Foods & Spices LLC in As Suwaiq. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing efficiency, and coordinating logistics. The role involves working closely with the production team, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, production planning, and quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Language to be known - Malayalam, Hindi, Englsih and Arabic
